0k so i wanted to put all the pictures in one blog, but blogspot won't let me post it right. grr!... well anyways, i just had to take a picture of the nicest public restroom i've ever been too! seriously, look at the pictures! it's the woman's restroom at Neiman Marcus.

so here's a picture of my cousin and i at Fashion Island in Newport Beach. it was my first time going there and i thought it was pretty cool. the weather was great that day! i wanted to take a picture to show the ocean in the back, but unfortunately, it did not work.

so i'm finally going to post pictures and...
well after much procrastination, i decided to cut my hair and highlight it. and trust me, the highlights have been a long time coming! people have been telling me to get it done for the longest time...i mean, for years! haha. so i finally did! lol. hmm don't know if you can really tell in the picture, but i took the dark red approach. a "thank you" goes out to margie's mom! this was taken a little over a week ago.

ahh!! i'm getting frustrated with blogspot! grr! it won't let me post pictures the way i want to...so now back to square one. grr! but before i post pictures, i'd like to take a moment to talk about my night last night.
i went with my brother to some comedy club in LA. his "friend", Jamie was performing and invited him to go. and he took me along. it was cool i finally got to meet his "friend". she was pretty cool, but unfortunately, her skit was ruined by some drunken audience members. so that sucks. people can be so rude! and what makes it worse was that one of them was her friend, a fellow comedian from a class she took. she was sooo pissed at the end of the night! and i don't blame her. he was extremely rude and crude. at one point, he was sitting next to me and slapped my ass with his hat..(actually, it was more my hip). i just looked at him and gave him an "ok, you're an obnoxious drunk" look. i know what you guys are thinking...i should have slapped the loser, but that happened while another comedian was performing and i was sitting fairly close to the stage, so i didn't want to do anything cause i didn't want to ruin the comedian's skit by making a big commotion. oh and by the way, there was probably 10 or so comedians that performed that night. and most of them weren't even that funny. but anyways, moving on with the story...at the end of the night, my brother, his "friend", and i were talking outside the club and along comes that obnoxious drunk. and dang, Jamie just exploded on him in front of everyone. and then she just walked away. as my brother and i were following, he says what i believe was some racial comment about how she was hanging with asians. koreans to be exact. WTF!! first of all, we're not even korean. and second of all, we're not even full asian! so that really pissed my brother off and was seriously about to start a fight with that guy, but luckily he remembered that wouldn't be a nice thing for Jamie to watch. although the guy deserved to get his ass kicked, Jamie's a very nice girl and not the violent fighting type, so i'm pretty sure she wouldn't want to see any fist fight and make the night worse. ahh...what a night. it was just crazy. i can't really describe it anymore because it just got too hectic at the end of the night. but all i can say is Jamie had every right to be pissed!
oh yeah and another thing i forgot to mention, i think i also got hit on by a lesbian in the restroom too! but that's a whole nother story. i'm getting too tired to type properly. so i apologize to my readers if this blog seems so disorganized and jumbled.

ugh...what a night tonight was. and i'm so tired! i just need vent real quick. so getting hit on by a drunken comedian...not cool at all! it was soo annoying! grr! but anyways, i'll write more about it and my weekend the first chance i get. cause i really am tired and so i'm off to bed now. nighty night!

well my friend and i decided to get some drinks after taking a midterm this morning. (we needed a pick me up..haha). and so guess what everyone!...i had my first beer today! and it was gross! i mean...yuck! liquor is so much better. particularly vodka. yeah, i know it's strange that i've only drank liquor and not beer before this day. heheh..ahh well. now that i've had a taste of beer, i don't think i was missing out on anything special. yuck! so here's a picture of me from earlier. kodak moment...lysette's first beer.

so i think i've become a fan of Tchaikovsky...(spelling?). i was listening to K-Mozart on my way home today. and they played a piece by Tchaikovsky. it was very nice!
